Why wasn't my promotional credit redeemed on my order?

Promotional credit is set to automatically redeem on the next purchase it is applicable to. Due to current limitations in the LevelUp system, gift card values will be deducted in full before promotional credit is applied. We are working with our partners at LevelUp to work past this limitation and will roll out any changes as soon as they are available.
