How do I protect my gift card value?

You can protect your gift card against loss or theft by adding the card value to your existing LoyalTea account as soon as you receive it. Additional details available here.

If you do not have an account yet, you can create a new LoyalTea account and link your gift card to it. Create your new account online and use the “Link Gift/Plastic Card” feature to associate your plastic gift card with your account. If you select the “Leave Plastic Card Active” option, you will still be able to use the plastic card to pay instead of scanning the app at the register.

Gift cards that are not associated with a LoyalTea account cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without the owner's permission.
